     I just received a AL319 and installed the software in win7, when connecting the usb cable the usb driver will not install, any suggestions?

     As for your case, please uninstall MaxiLinkII and reinstall it again. Here is the download link：http://www.autel.com/autelcms/u/cms/www/201601/290138144omh.zip
